Who I am

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. You deserve to feel heard, valued, and supported as you take this step. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity. I tailor the interventions I use whether it is primarily CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, person-centered therapy, or a mix to the individual as best suits them.

My goal in session is to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can explore life’s challenges and foster positive growth. I want to meet you where you are at wherever that may be. I want to work to strengthen your resilience and develop stronger skills and insight to allow you to better manage your struggles.

There was a period in my life where I could have benefited from seeing a therapist, however, I was unable to seek help due to family struggles. I want to be that person for someone else that I would have liked to have had when I was younger. I also wish to be there for others and be there to share in their pain. Through my years of being a therapist, I have worked at a university seeing college students along with working at a community mental health center seeing a wide range of individuals.

I feel very honored and grateful to the people who share their stories with me. It is a great privilege to be a part of the therapeutic process with you. I look forward to being able to support and help you in your journey of recovery and change. Give me a call today! I am currently accepting new clients.
